β Returns (Defective Items Only)
- We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To start a return, contact us at support@birdproductsusa.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.
Restocking Fees
- All refunds on defective returns are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card transaction costs.

- Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Please always use a trackable shipping service when sending returns.
